Changes in Leadership

There will be changes in the top management of two the GRA members at the end of this year, when Dr Carl Kohrt of Battelle and Dr Geoff Garrett of CSIRO retire. Dr Jeffrey Wadsworth will succeed Dr Kohrt as President and CEO of Battelle and Dr Megan Clark has been appointed to take up the post of Chief Executive of CSIRO.

Dr Wadsworth who has an admirable combination of commercialisation experience and scientific expertise joined Battelle in 2002 and in addition to managing Battelle’s global lab business has served on the advisory board of Battelle Ventures and managed Battelle’s overall S&T investments.

Dr Megan Clark is currently the Vice President Health, Safety, Environment, Community and Sustainability at BHP Billiton and has a wealth of experience in the development and application of science and technology.
